That what I feel is called longing?

 

I miss it, when he walked with me

when he told me stories,

when he laughed with me,

when he held my hand,

when he hugged me,

I miss everything we had together

 

I called him “Dad”

 

Dad, I wish I can turn back time

I want to spend my time with you again

hear your voice again,

see your face again,

be your little girl again

 

However,

time said different

I can’t turn it back

 

I’ll keep this longing in my heart

I believe, you’re happy and peaceful with Him
